AGC Multi Material America, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Junior Buyer to support purchasing, materials, and inventory with Oracle ERP. This entry-level role offers growth into Buyer and Senior Buyer roles while maintaining records and coordinating supplier activity.

The role requires 0–2 years in purchasing or related fields, proficiency with MS Office, and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset. Manufacturing environment experience and knowledge of Incoterms are a plus.

Competenze

• This entry-level role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (Oracle, D365FO) is preferred; strong data accuracy.

• Create and maintain purchase orders in Oracle ERP.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, order status, and deliveries.
• Track and expedite open orders to support production schedules.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotes and support sourcing activities.

About the Role

AGC Multi Material America (AMMA) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Buyer to support purchasing and supply chain operations. This entry-level role is responsible for purchasing raw materials, packaging, and supplies needed to support production while maintaining accurate purchasing records, tracking supplier deliveries, and supporting inventory management efforts. This position offers a growth path into Buyer and Senior Buyer roles.

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain purchase orders in Oracle ERP.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, order status, and deliveries.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using Oracle, D365FO, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export documentation is a plus.
