Who are we looking for? Up and coming Art Directors with a relentless passion for uncovering “the big idea,” and who know…we mean, REALLY know photography, videography, typography, layout, digital and social ideation. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current design trends, have a keen understanding of omni-channel creative, and a portfolio that includes proof of award-winning creative campaigns.

You will report to the Group Creative Director.

This is a Full-Time role.

What You Will Do:

  1. Create innovative conceptual ideas that successfully answer briefs across social, digital, and traditional media.
  2. Collaborate effectively with a Copywriter partner to develop compelling ideas.
  3. Prepare refined and well-designed creative materials for presentations and be comfortable presenting to all levels.
  4. Participate in creative briefings, deciphering the needs of each assignment.
  5. Proactively contribute by “raising your hand” for new opportunities.
  6. Deliver projects on schedule, adhering to deadlines.
  7. Contribute technical skills in motion graphics, simple video edits, and other social platform needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Proficiency in ideating in digital and social spaces.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  3. Confidence and passion when sharing ideas.
  4. Willingness to proactively contribute and “raise your hand.”
  5. Strong eye for design, typography, and photography with exceptional attention to detail.
  6. Genuine curiosity about Walt Disney Company’s history, including films, animation, television, and theme parks.
  7. Materials for consideration: Portfolio and CV (submit with application, including any necessary passwords).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years in an agency setting or related experience.
  2. Experience with After Effects, 3D, and editing software is a plus.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

This position is located on-site in Celebration, FL.
