Job summary

Redolent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Jr. Analyst (Compliance) to support the Environmental Compliance team in Walmart’s eCommerce Ethics and Compliance group. The role focuses on data validation, assessments, and collaboration with business partners to understand environmental requirements.

The candidate will work under the guidance of the Compliance managers, handling routine tasks independently while escalating issues when needed. Experience with data and Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with data.

Responsibilities

• Assist Environmental Compliance team with daily tasks and data validation.
• Identify items requiring environmental assessment and guide completion of assessments.
• Collaborate with partners and managers to ensure timely data cleanup and reporting.

TITLE: Jr. Analyst (Compliance)

LOCATION: San Bruno, CA

DURATION: 6+ months

Rate: DOE

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• Adaptability and working in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
• Experienced in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• 3 years of experience working with data

Plus:

• Experience in eCommerce
• Experience with Jira
• The ideal candidate would be able to complete the routine daily tasks with little guidance but also identify when issues need to be raised up to the dept for discussion

Day to Day:

This position will be working with the Environmental Compliance team within Walmart’s eCommerce Ethics and Compliance department. This position will help our business partners understand which items need an environmental assessment and how to complete the assessment.

Team Structure:

The Environmental Compliance team is made of the compliance manager and associate manager. This position would be working daily with and take direction from both the environmental compliance manager and the associate manager.
