Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Jr AI Engineer to build scalable AI support models and deliver GCP agents ready for production in Q4. You will work on hands-on development of integrations, APIs, and AI-driven solutions using modern cloud technologies in a regulated environment.

Collaborate with senior engineers, cross-functional teams, and ensure secure coding practices while learning prompt engineering and contributing to reusable components and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Programming experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of API and backend development.
• Basic Prompt Engineering & AI Model Integration.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and agent-based systems.
• Knowledge of Cloud fundamentals (GCP preferred – Cloud Run, basics of Azure/AWS).
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and cloud deployments.
• Prior Banking experience
• Any related certifications

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Jr AI Engineer to build a scalable AI support model, transition Participant Notice to Commercial IT, and deliver GCP agents ready for production in Q4. This role focuses on hands‑on development of integrations, APIs, and AI‑driven solutions using modern cloud technologies like GCP. The engineer will work on building and supporting AI‑enabled applications, learning prompt engineering, and contributing to scalable solutions in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. The role includes supporting AI agents, developing basic prompt patterns, and collaborating with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams (architecture, cloud, governance) to deliver secure and reliable solutions.
