Job summary

You will partner with program managers on monthly budgets, prepare financial statements, and support 500+ programs with variance analyses, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience working with an ERP system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner for program managers, providing analysis and guidance on monthly budgets and spending.
• Prepare, present, and explain financial statements, budget reports, and variance analyses.
• Track, reconcile, and maintain accounting records for more than 500 programs, supporting organizational compliance and informed decision-making.
• Train and assist operational leaders with budget compliance, cost allocations, and account management best practices.
