Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Dover, NH is seeking a manufacturing associate to ensure production plans are met and line outputs remain efficient. The role involves adhering to safety rules and internal work instructions while managing resources and contributing to budget planning.

You will perform basic machine setup and, if required, CNC/SPS programming to support continuous production. Candidates may participate in maintenance coordination and must report any failures promptly.

• Experience with front-end manufacturing processes and adherence to safety rules.
• Ability to plan or contribute to unit budgets and allocate resources to meet production costs.
• Capability to execute tasks per instructions and report failures or dysfunctionality.

Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keeping production assigned overall efficient. Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Planning or contributing to unit’s budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned. Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front-end processes a assigned, according to specified procedures, e.g.:

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.

Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues. A job at this level… Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor. Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
