Responsibilities

• Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate product workflows—from drafting PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to rapid prototyping and demos.
• Work with the team to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Anticipate upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience.
• Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the development life cycle.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.

The team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless end-to-end experience for clients and advisors across all client segments. We build the strategic vision and lead the development of products and solutions.

As a Product ManagerSr. Associateyou will work theWealth Plan Advisor Experience team to innovate new product offerings and leadthe end-to-end product life cycle for wealth management advisor planning tools.

Job responsibilities

• Champion the use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate product workflows — from drafting PRDs, user stories, and acceptancecriteria to rapidly prototyping product concepts, interactive wireframes, and proof-of-concept demo
• Work with team to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
• Anticipate upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management
• Knowledge of wealth management and advisor space
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., GitHub, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build documentation, knowledge bases, prototype product concepts, or accelerate product delivery workflows
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
