Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes Brentwood is hiring part-time Joy Creators (Front of House Associates) to greet guests, help them choose the perfect cake for celebrations, and ensure orders run smoothly.

With 15–30 hours per week and flexible schedules, you’ll work in a casual bakery where training covers cake crafting and the NbC Sweet Steps of Service. Enjoy employee discounts, a welcoming team, and a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth to determine interests and needs.
• Educate guests on NbC cake options, sizes, flavors, and promotions.
• Suggest balloons, candles and cards to complete celebrations.
• Process guest orders using the POS system and invite guests to join NbC Email Club.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery presentation and restock merchandise.
