Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes Smyrna is hiring part-time seasonal Joy Creators to greet guests, ring up purchases, and help create a joyful bakery atmosphere. The role emphasizes friendly, positive service and a willingness to stand for extended periods while working in a fast-paced environment.

The team looks for energetic individuals, 16+ years old, with or without prior guest service in bakery/retail. Hours are 10–18 per week, with weekend and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No formal education required, but guest service experience is a plus.
• Casual uniform and friendly demeanor are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a smile and provide a positive guest experience.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions.
• Support bakery operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization during shifts.
