Job summary

ESP in Savannah, GA is seeking a Java Joy & Purpose Coordinator to blend event operations, business development, and JOYrista coaching. You will manage bookings, coordinate teams, and ensure exceptional Java Joy experiences that create meaningful employment for people with disabilities.

This role drives partnerships with local businesses, prepares teams for events, tracks revenue and expenses, and supports Purpose initiatives to expand employment and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, hospitality, sales, community programming, or a related field.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Java Joy operations from customer inquiry through event completion and follow-up.
• Generate new business and build recurring partnerships to create opportunities for JOYristas and ESP revenue.
• Support, coach, and develop JOYristas and families with clear expectations.
• Maintain reporting, manage expenses, and contribute to revenue and profitability goals.
• Implement assigned Purpose initiatives to expand employment, community engagement, and earned revenue.
