Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE/Elementary Education or related field.
• Valid state teaching certification or eligibility for certification.
• Experience teaching preschool or early childhood students.
• Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Background checks completed and Safe Environment training.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for preschool children.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with standards.
• Integrate Catholic values, prayer, and faith formation daily.
• Support cognitive, language, social-emotional, physical, and spiritual growth through play.
• Establish positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Communicate regularly with families about development and achievement.
• Participate in faculty meetings, liturgies, and school events.
