Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Retail or Customer Service experience.
• Experience with food handling and safety.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests in-store or by phone.
• Check product quality for displays and rotate pastries and desserts.
• Make beverages and prepare coffee during operating hours.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist guests with inquiries and educate on menu items and promotions.
• Operate Toast POS and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Learn about products, menu items, and promotions to upsell.
• Work at specific stations (Barista, POS, Greeter, Merchandiser, Pick-Up Specialist) as needed.
