Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is looking for a friendly Team Member to greet guests, assist with product selection, and help with cake finishing and packaging. You'll work across the bakery, supporting guest service, stocking, cleaning, and merchandising while upholding brand standards.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with a team, and contribute to a welcoming, celebratory atmosphere for our guests. Prior retail or bakery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, food service, or bakery is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly and dependable with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand
