Job summary

Complete Care at Plainfield is seeking an Activity Aide to enrich the lives of residents. This role supports daily programs, safety, and engagement, working Tuesday and Thursday evenings and weekends.

You will join a compassionate team in a warm facility, where creativity and empathy help residents feel valued. PTO and benefits are available for eligible staff, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, creative, empathetic, and a strong team player.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in planned recreational programs for residents
• Encourage participation and ensure resident safety during activities
• Communicate any concerns to nursing staff
• Maintain attendance records for events
• Help decorate the facility for holidays and seasonal events
• Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Activities or Administrator
