Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Journeymen Industrial Electricians for a full-time role in Tempe, AZ, with a 6 AM start and Monday–Friday schedule. The pay range is $30–$40 per hour, and the position supports ongoing project opportunities.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience with industrial electrical systems and the ability to read blueprints, perform wiring, and adhere to safety standards. Ladder and fall protection training will be provided by CCS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience required.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams
• Perform wiring and connections according to code and safety standards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Assist with site safety procedures and inspections

POSITION DETAILS

Pay Rate: $30 – $40

Location: Tempe, AZ

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: M-F, 6 AM start time

Start Date: ASAP

Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
