You will apply advanced techniques, ensure code compliance, and mentor apprentices while delivering customer‑focused service.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and leadership development as you progress toward Lead Installer, with competitive hourly pay and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience installing residential windows and doors.
• Knowledge of building codes, flashing, waterproofing, and structural requirements.
• Ability to perform advanced installation steps safely with power tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve common installation challenges independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read work orders, drawings and manufacturer specs.
• Ability to work independently and manage time on site.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Install residential windows and entry/patio/storm doors in a team setting.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards, specs and codes.
• Complete advanced steps including flashing and finish work with limited supervision.
• Assess jobsites and identify challenges before and during work.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain safe jobsite and follow safety policies.
• Communicate with customers throughout the installation process.
• Complete service work, punch lists and warranty repairs as assigned.
• Verify material accuracy and report shortages or damages.
• Mentor junior/senior apprentices in techniques.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and jobsite cleanliness.
• Document completion, lead-safe practices, and photos.
