Job summary

Stellar Group Inc seeks a Journeyman Welder to perform advanced welding with precision, including piping installation support. You will read technical blueprints, work independently or in a team, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting while using MIG, TIG and stick welding equipment.

The role requires reading blueprints, welding various materials, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Travel to project sites nationwide is anticipated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years welding experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Refrigeration, HVAC and process systems beneficial.
• Experience welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks with high precision according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Operate MIG, TIG, and stick welders.
• Assess welding methods and materials for different projects.
• Troubleshoot and solve welding-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct welding inspections and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
