Vika Talent Solutions in Brookfield, IL seeks a skilled Tool and Die Maker to build, maintain, repair, modify, and troubleshoot stamping and progressive dies. You will read blueprints and CAD data, set up production tooling, and work with minimal supervision.

You will construct and repair tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and related tooling, operate manual and CNC tool room machinery, perform precision measurements, and diagnose issues.

• Construct and repair tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and related tooling.
• Operate manual and CNC tool room machinery.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD data.
• Perform precision measurements and inspections.
• Fit and assemble dies and tooling components.
• Diagnose tooling issues and make necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Set up production tooling and support tooling tryouts and debugging.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Support and assist Tool Maker Apprentices.
