The Opportunity:

CCI is seeking a Journeyman Titus Systems Administrator supporting enterprise operations at USSTRATCOM. This role requires system administration expertise, operational excellence, and collaboration in a dynamic environment. Location: Omaha, Nebraska.

Note: The position is contingent upon award of the USSTRATCOM SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain Titus Classification System, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Perform updates, patches, backups.
2. Install OS software, patches, upgrades, including cloud resources.
3. Support systems technology, virtual hardware, cloud capabilities.
4. Analyze, troubleshoot, resolve hardware, software, network issues.
5. Monitor response times, evaluate user satisfaction, recommend improvements.
6. Coordinate with vendors, government, tech staff on system implementation and management.
7. Build, configure, test, document enterprise system resources.
8. Support system outages and authorized interruptions as needed.
9. Exercise originality and innovation in task execution.
10. Develop methodologies and solutions independently.
11. Work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) as required.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned to meet mission requirements.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• BA/BS + 3 years experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in systems administration, focusing on Titus or similar enterprise applications.
• Within 6 months: 8140 Certification (Basic, A+, CND, Network+), or applicable degree, or training.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux server environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Familiar with security practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
