Torch Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks a Journeyman Systems Engineer to support C3BM at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will perform systems engineering across the lifecycle, translate operational requirements into technical specs, and help drive architecture and interoperability across the DoW enterprise. U.S.

citizenship and TS clearance are required. Preferred is experience with Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and program management processes.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field and 3+ years of DoW experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and requirements.
• Support architecture definition and interoperability across the DoW enterprise.
