Description Greenfield Engineering, a Saalex Company, is seeking a Journeyman Software Developer in Patuxent River, MD. The Journeyman Software Developer will support mission-critical DoD programs through the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in computer science, hands-on development experience, and familiarity with Agile methodologies to contribute to secure, scalable applications in a collaborative environment. Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $110k-$125k annually (depending upon experience) Work Location: Onsite at Patuxent River, MD.

Essential Functions

• Experience with web development frameworks (React, Flask, Spring Boot).

Education / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related Engineering field (required) and 3-10 years of relevant professional or internship experience in software development required.

Security Clearance

• Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
