Townsend Energy in Danvers, MA is seeking a Journeyman Service Plumber to deliver residential plumbing services on a fixed schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm. The position pays $42.00 to $60.00 per hour, depending on experience, and is based in Danvers, MA.

The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing fixtures and systems in customers' homes, installing pipes and fittings, and handling heating and drainage work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service and installation experience
• Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License or eligible to obtain License
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment - Desired

Responsibilities

• Residential plumbing service
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of plumbing fixtures and systems in residential customers' homes
• Assembles, installs, or repairs pipes, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems according to specifications or plumbing codes
• Repair and install fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks or toilets
• Soldering, brazing, or welding equipment
• Communicating with customer repair and upgrade options

Qualifications

• 5 + years of residential plumbing service and installation experience
• Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License or eligible to obtain License
• Boilers, and Hydronics systems experience - Desired
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment - Desired
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
