Job summary

Schwickert’s Tecta America is seeking a Journeyman Service Electrician to join our Commercial & Industrial Electrical Service team in Minnesota. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities, delivering safe, high‑quality solutions with a customer‑focused approach.

The ideal candidate holds a Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License, has strong diagnostic and communication skills, and can work independently on diverse service

Qualifications

• Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in commercial and industrial service preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Diagnose electrical issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Install and replace electrical equipment, panels, disconnects, lighting, controls, and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and electrical inspections.
• Work directly with customers to explain findings and recommend solutions.
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally.
• Maintain a safe work environment while representing Schwickert's with professionalism.

Schwickert’s Tecta America is looking for a Journeyman Service Electrician to join growing Commercial & Industrial Electrical Service Department.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Diagnose electrical issues quickly and provide effective solutions
• Install and replace electrical equipment, panels, disconnects, lighting, controls, and related systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and electrical inspections

Starting pay ranges from $43-$47 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
