Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4 years of journeyman experience with NCCER painter certification and a valid driver’s license. EOE; all applicants in the United States are considered.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Journeyman level experience.
• NCCER-Ind Painter Cert and a Valid Driver’s License required.
• Legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders and receives instructions verbally.
• Prepare surfaces by removing dirt, oil, and grease, and smooth defects.
• Apply paint to surfaces using spray gun, brush, or roller.
• May erect scaffolding or set up ladders for work above ground.
• Select and mix coating liquids to specifications and colors.
• Fill cavities and dents with putty for a smooth finish.
• Other duties as assigned.
