What You Will Be Doing

• Installation & Repair: Execute high-quality residential and commercial roofing systems (Asphalt, Metal, and Single-Ply) tailored for high-altitude conditions.
• Technical Craftsmanship: Expertly handle complex flashings and intricate details that are critical to keeping mountain homes completely watertight.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Step up as a leader on the roof by mentoring apprentices and providing essential support to the job site Foreman.
• Safety & Site Management: Maintain a clean, highly organized, and strictly OSHA-compliant job site at all times.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Experience: 4 years of true Journeyman-level roofing experience. You must know the tools, the materials, and the advanced techniques for both steep and low-slope roofs.
• Mountain Ready: Highly comfortable working at heights and adaptable to varying High Sierra weather conditions (sun, wind, and cold).
• Reliability: A strong work ethic - you show up on time, ready to work, and lead by example.
• Licensure: A valid Driver's License is strictly required so you can operate the provided company vehicle.
