• Maintain accurate job site records and equipment logs to support seamless project handoffs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in commercial or residential roofing systems.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Active OSHA 10 and Fall Protection certifications.
• Physical ability to work in demanding island weather conditions, including intense sun, rain, and humidity.
• Willingness to travel off-island Monday through Friday for targeted project assignments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Cross-functional experience in carpentry, structural steel work, or sheet metal fabrication.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or Certified Crane Operator qualification.
• Hands-on experience with welding applications in field construction settings.
