CoolSys is hiring Refrigeration Start-up Technicians in Orlando to support supermarket refrigeration start-ups and EMS projects across multiple locations, with focus on safety, accuracy, and timely completion. The role requires 3+ years in supermarket EMS, EPA I/II, a valid Driver’s License, and blueprint reading.

Qualifications

• Requires a Journeyman level with experience in installing refrigeration systems
• 3+ years of supermarket EMS systems experience
• EPA I and II Certification required
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
• Strong ability to read blueprints for refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing
• Experience with parallel rack systems and single systems in supermarket environments

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up of supermarket refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment
• Lead EMS wiring and programming for EMS systems from multiple manufacturers
• Conduct full start-up of new parallel refrigeration systems and individual systems
• Lead small projects like single case and condenser changeouts
• Assist with EO projects including retro-commissioning and EMS upgrades
• Coordinate with local service and construction managers to support stores and training
• Perform other duties as assigned
