NSI requires a Journeyman Program Analyst to support a potential contract supporting the Navy International Program Office. The analyst will support the Building Partner Capacity (BPC) Program Support Team, providing security cooperation logistics and management support to the 240 Division in areas such as case planning, administration, management, logistics, training, and financial matters. Responsibilities include evaluating, assessing, and making recommendations on BPC programs, supporting DoN, DoD, and DoS security cooperation, and developing analytic products and reports. The role involves using systems like DSAMS and SCIP, supporting data calls, and engaging with Navy IPO clients.

Bachelor's Degree required. An additional five years of relevant experience can substitute for the degree, totaling 10 years.
Minimum of five years in SA/FMS programs, acquisition support, international affairs, or related fields. Experience with FMS case development, program analysis, and building/monitoring BPC reports is essential.
Specific FMS case development, experience with Building Partner Capacity or Title 10 security cooperation programs, and support to Program Offices or military/staff levels are highly desirable.
Secret clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
