Summary:

Journeyman Plumber required immediately for commercial plumbing service, projects, and installation.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform commercial and high-density residential plumbing service and maintenance.
2. Handle commercial and high-density residential plumbing retrofit and installation.
3. Install various types of plumbing and mechanical equipment and associated piping.
4. Read blueprints, determine layouts of plumbing fixtures, water supplies, vent and drainage systems, repair and maintain domestic hot and cold-water systems, and install commercial plumbing fixtures.
5. Work in a safe manner.
6. Provide a high level of customer service.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

1. Member of Local 290.
2. Valid Oregon and Washington State Plumbing Licenses.
3. Valid Oregon Driver’s License.
4. Understanding of plumbing state and local codes.
5. Ability to perform service work professionally and respectfully.
6. Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
7. Capability to lift heavy materials, tools, and equipment.
8. Back Flow certification preferred.
