Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, installations, sewer/drain cleaning, and on-site customer service. A valid license and 3+ years of experience are required; state license preferred and OSHA Excavation

Qualifications

• Three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience required.
• Proven track record in the sale of plumbing products and services required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be capable of obtaining required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer service calls, inspects plumbing issues, diagnoses problems, offers solutions and estimates, and closes service sales.
• With licensing, installs and repairs fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, and more.
• Conducts sewer and drain cleaning in various environments and restores job sites to pre-job conditions.
• Prepares invoice, totals costs, collects payment, and explains guarantees.
• Collects payment and proceeds to the next service call.
