Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install water supply, waste, steam, and gas lines and fixtures; review blueprints and codes.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair plumbing systems; repair leaks and clogs; replace components.
• Maintain backflow systems; inspect and document hydrants and backflow device inspections.
• Provide guidance to other maintenance staff; assist contractors with modifications.
