Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license.
• State plumbing license is preferred.
• Three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience required.
• Full knowledge of plumbing systems is essential.
• Must gain Excavation Certification through Competent Person Training within the first year.
• Must have good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer service calls and diagnose plumbing issues.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures including toilets and water heaters.
• Conduct sewer and drain cleaning services.
• Prepare invoices and explain Roto-Rooter guarantee.
• Collect payment and move on to the next service call.
