Qualifications

• Three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• State plumbing license preferred.
• Journeyman license or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls, diagnose issues, and provide accurate estimates and solutions.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, and related components.
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning and ensure job sites are restored to pre-job conditions.
• Prepare invoices, collect payments, and communicate guarantees to customers.
• Maintain safety and code compliance in all service work.
