M & M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is looking for a Journeyman Plumber to diagnose residential issues, educate homeowners, and offer Good/Better/Best options that fit the home and budget.

This role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships and maximizing earnings through uncapped commissions, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional workmanship and customer experiences on every service call.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience with strong diagnostic skills.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present Good/Better/Best repair options.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Journeyman plumbing license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.
• Present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options that empower customers to choose the solution that best fits their home and budget.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, water quality solutions, fixture replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with local plumbing codes and company quality standards.
• Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to continually improve your skills and income potential.
• Consistently achieve individual performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
