What you'll bring:

• Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems, including plumbing.
• Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and documentation accurately.
• Capability to respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotations.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with management, contractors, and team members.

Minimum Qualifications
