Required Qualifications:
- Journeyman License with knowledge of local plumbing codes and practical application skills
- At least 2 years of experience in service and repair of plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Experience in in-home sales is required
- Personable, professional, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity and a desire for continuous improvement
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
Responsibilities:
- Sell plumbing products to new and existing customers by building and maintaining relationships
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and related components in various facilities
- Diagnose plumbing malfunctions and perform repairs as indicated or as per work orders
- Inspect completed work and ensure cleanliness of work areas
- Respond to emergency situations, provide recommendations, and execute necessary repairs
- Review building plans and specifications for plumbing layouts
- Locate and mark connection points, install supports, assemble fittings, and test systems for leaks
- Maintain communication with dispatch, management, and team members
- Keep company vehicle clean, maintain inventory, and complete paperwork accurately
- Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements
