Position Summary

Capps Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. is hiring a Service Plumber in Wheeling, IL, with a clear path to $150K!

In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, perform installations, and ensure every job meets applicable state and local codes and Capps' quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a skilled, reliable professional with at least 24 months of experience on an apprentice card and a strong knowledge of trade tools, materials, and plumbing codes. The right candidate will thrive in a team-oriented, growth-focused environment and be committed to delivering exceptional service with attention to detail.

Compensation & Commission

Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications. 5% Commission Program in addition to your regular hourly wage. Journeyman Plumbers have the opportunity to earn an additional $1,000–$3,000 per month in commission on top of their regular wages. Clear path to $150K+ in annual earnings for high-performing plumbers. Our commission program rewards plumbers for strong performance, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. Your earning potential grows with your performance.
