Attention, journeyman plumbers! Are you looking for a plumbing job that will allow for a work-life balance, with excellent pay and benefits? You have come to the right place! Our team works 4 day weeks (Monday-Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor plumbing team members.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Communicate with project coordinator, clients, and subcontractors as necessary.

Requirements

• Oregon plumbing license (if you have Oregon and Washington plumbing licenses, that is a plus).
• Proven project leadership experience.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Lead paint renovator certification is a plus.
• Competitive salary: $48-$52 per hour based on experience.
• $5000 signing bonus.

• 4-day workweek: Monday-Thursday with no weekends, holidays, or on call duties.
