We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Journeyman Plumber to install, maintain, facilitate and repair Plumbing and Natural Gas systems. The plumber will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will be responsible for systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.

To be successful in this role, Safety, customer satisfaction, and accountability will be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, and have excellent multi-tasking organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining and repairing potable, non-potable & natural gas.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing mechanical and piping faults for all fore-mentioned systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems
• Performing emergency repairs safely, promptly and efficiently.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance of vendors with Site specific safety rules and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Requirements:
• Valid Journeyman plumbing license from TDLR
• 3+ year experience as a plumber, and willingness to continue education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of advanced principles of plumbing and Natural gas systems
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
