Job Overview

• Salary/Pay Rate: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.
• Location: Onsite (Santa Ana, CA).
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday.

You will take a lead role in executing high-quality commercial plumbing projects, operating with the autonomy to run work independently. • Execute complex commercial plumbing installations independently, ensuring all work meets local codes and company standards.
• Manage onsite time and materials responsibly to maintain high levels of operational efficiency and project profitability.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold professional standards and ensure site safety.
• Communicate effectively with field management and clients to provide updates on project progress and technical requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial plumbing environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience overseeing, working with small crews, or mentoring apprentices on active jobsites.
• Knowledge of California commercial plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
