Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking Journeyman plumbers to service, repair, and replace plumbing systems while educating clients on options and building trust through professionalism and care.

You’ll join a team at our Canton MI franchise with strong local leadership and national brand support, offering growth opportunities, paid training, and a clear career path from Apprentice to Master.

Qualifications

• Licensed journeyman plumber (required by law in MI)
• Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills
• Experience with service calls: water heaters, drains, leaks, fixture replacements, pumps, piping systems.

What We’re Looking For

Core Technical

• Licensed journeyman plumber (required by law in MI).
• Strong troubleshooting & diagnostic skills
• Experience with service calls: water heaters, drains, leaks, fixture replacements, pumps, piping systems.

Soft Skills / Customer Service

• Excellent communication with homeowners (can explain problems in plain language).
• Professional appearance and reliability—“the face of the company.”
• Ability to upsell / educate clients (e.g., water filtration, tankless water heaters).
