The Crew Facility Maintenance Inc (TCFM) is ramping up to add a new Journeyman Plumber to our growing team in Plymouth, MN! We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who's ready to bring precision, pride, and professionalism to every project. You'll install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential plumbing systems while collaborating with other skilled trades and ensuring quality workmanship that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and layouts of plumbing systems
• Assemble and fit pipes, valves, and fixtures
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and compliance
• Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site for efficient installation
• Communicate with clients to provide solutions and address questions with professionalism
  
  

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Journeyman Plumber Card
• Proficient in basic math for cutting and measuring pipes
• Experienced with hand tools and plumbing equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and integration with plumbing systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Physically fit for demanding tasks (heavy lifting, confined spaces, working at heights, etc.)
• Willing to travel to various job sites across the region
• A valid License, clear driving record, and ability to pass a background process, is highly preferred.
