Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing plumbing company. We want someone that wants to grow with us. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of plumbing from custom work to production. As a company we work in the commercial and residential space from commercial TI to multimillion dollar custom homes to large project production builders. This role requires an organized person who can manage a team under them and execute a successful job based on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of up to three plumbers in the residential space.
• Ability to read plans
• Communicate professionally with our client when needed
• Work through onsite problems as they arise

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumber license.
• Drivers license
• Experience in either production plumbing or custom plumbing
• Proven track record of successfully managing jobs from inception through completion.
• Ability to work through problems on jobsite.
• Excellent communication skills to both the team and management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to ethical practices and maintaining client relationships.
