Fred's Plumbing is looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our Field Operations team in Dallas. You will lead multifamily plumbing projects, provide expert repairs, and ensure work is completed to code with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily plumbing experience (emergency service preferred).
• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using industry tools (pipe threader, camera, jetter, augers, etc.).
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs with assistance and work from ladders or in confined spaces.
• Basic computer skills for digital timekeeping and job tracking.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing service calls including inspection, diagnosis, repair, installation, and testing.
• Maintain service vehicle and equipment; perform regular inspections and manage inventory.
• Communicate with supervisors, apprentices, and administrative staff to ensure project alignment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication and professionalism.
• Accurately log work, photos, and notes using Field Pulse software; manage purchasing via Relay Financial.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship for skill and career growth.
• Represent Fred's Plumbing with professionalism, safety, and respect at all times.
• Be available for on-call rotation and respond to emergency service needs.
