Job summary

Oasis Home Services in Chicago, IL is seeking a Residential Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems and water heaters. You will document work via mobile software and uphold safety codes while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of experience, an Illinois license, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, and strong benefits in a full-time, year-round role.

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install and service tank and tankless water heaters.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active Illinois Plumber License or City of Chicago licensing requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred:

• Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software.
• Experience with sewer diagnostics, drain cleaning, and tankless water heaters.
• Comfortable explaining and presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
