Journeyman Plumber – Support Residential Growth and Mentor the Next Generation

Job Overview

Company: BEC Construction LLC.

Salary/Pay Rate: $26 to $29 per hour (Based on experience) plus Quarterly and Year-End Bonuses.

Location: Onsite (Odenville/Pell City/Birmingham, AL).

Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

Project Scope: Residential Plumbing.

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Journeyman Plumber License.

The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in our field operations, applying your technical expertise to high-quality residential projects. This position offers the chance to lead on-site crews while directly influencing the success of our residential plumbing division. How You Will Make an Impact

Execute complex residential plumbing installations tasks with high precision and technical accuracy.

Lead small field crews on-site to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining company quality standards.

Coach plumbing apprentices by sharing technical knowledge and providing patient, constructive mentorship.

Collaborate with the field operations team to troubleshoot and resolve real-time mechanical issues.

Maintain a high level of safety and professionalism while representing the company at various residential job sites.

Foster a positive team culture by demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous skill growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Must possess a valid Journeyman Plumber License.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a structured field team.

Strong technical understanding of residential plumbing systems and codes.

Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet project demands.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Licensed Journeyman.

Prior experience in a leadership or foreman-style role within a residential setting.
