Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is seeking Journeyman Plumbers to join our Northern California tenant improvement team. The ideal candidate has experience in commercial new construction or tenant improvement projects and will work on a night shift Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 p.m.

to 6:00 a.m. We provide a company vehicle, materials, and supplies for project success. This position does not involve selling services or collecting payments from customers.

Qualifikationen

• At least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.

Aufgaben

• Install, modify, and repair commercial plumbing systems for tenant improvement and remodel projects
• Complete plumbing demolition, rough-in, and finish work, including relocating piping and fixtures
• Install fixtures and equipment according to manufacturer specifications, project requirements, and applicable plumbing codes
• Install and connect grease interceptors, sump pumps, sanitary waste and vent piping, and domestic water systems in commercial retail environments
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and isometric drawings to lay out piping and determine material requirements
• Measure, cut, assemble, and use appropriate union joints, tools, materials, and installation methods
• Test piping and connections for leaks and proper operation, and prepare completed work for inspection
• Prepare jobsites by digging trenches, assisting with excavation support, and removing demolition debris and waste materials
• Safely operate tools and equipment, including jackhammers and concrete saws
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, company policies, and jobsite requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform additional duties as needed to support the department

We are currently seeking Journeyman Plumbers to join our Northern California tenant improvement team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial new construction or tenant improvement projects. The company provides a vehicle, materials, and supplies needed to successfully complete assigned projects. This position does not require selling services or collecting payments from customers.

Schedule

• Sunday through Thursday, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• Overtime available but not guaranteed

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience
• Valid driver license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication
