Job Description

ATTENTION MILITARY AFFILIATED JOB SEEKERS - Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. Responsibilities include:

  • Mechanical Welding & Pipefitting – Pipe Welder preferred but not required if other skills offset
  • Installation & Removal of HVAC Equipment (Chillers, Rooftop Units, Air Handling Units, Pumps)
  • Knowledge & Experience in Pipefitting – including Weld Pipe, Screw Pipe, and Copper Pipe

Applicants must be willing to travel within North Florida, with travel compensation provided. PPE and uniforms are supplied and must be worn during work. Candidates should provide a tape measure, steel toe work boots, and be physically capable of performing tasks such as climbing, lifting, and carrying up to 75 pounds.

Background screening and drug testing are required. Safety analysis must be completed on a mobile device before each task. Professionalism in appearance, language, and safety is essential, especially when working independently or in customer presence.

Compensation is per the Collective Bargaining Agreement with Plumber's & Pipefitter's Local Union #234, Jacksonville, FL. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. A valid driver's license is required.

Minimum education: High School/GED. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
