Job summary

The Bell Company is seeking an Industrial Journeyman Pipefitter for hospital, laboratory, and large industrial projects. The regional office is in Glen Allen, VA with an initial assignment in Charlottesville. You will contribute to complex piping installations across the East Coast market.

Salary is $35-37/hour for Journeyman, plus a $3/hour completion bonus and a $3/hour parking stipend. The company offers ESOP, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and ongoing training with

Qualifications

Min. 5 years’ experience as Journeyman Pipefitter.
Familiar with hospital, industrial and heavy institutional installations.
Must read and interpret blueprints.
Bevel joint cutting with oxy-acetylene required.
Experience with equipment setting and rigging.
Residential piping experience not relevant.
Experience with stainless steel and carbon steel piping is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install and assemble industrial piping systems on job sites.
Read blueprints and follow project specifications and codes.
Collaborate with project teams and craft workers to complete installations on time.
