Austin Industrial is seeking an experienced Pipefitter for a 2-day outage in Loudon, TN. Schedule is 2 days, 12 hours per day. Must be a Journeyman Industrial Pipefitter with 3+ years of experience. Pay: $36/hour; Per diem: $100; Travel pay: Yes. Duties include laying out, assembling, installing, and maintaining pipe systems and related equipment.

Safety PPE is required; ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 pounds. Pre-employment screening applies. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualificações

• Must be a Journeyman Industrial Pipefitter with minimum of 3 years of Pipefitting experience.
• Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications using saws, torches, and pipe threaders and benders.
• Attach pipes to walls, structures and fixtures using brackets, clamps, tools or welding equipment.
• Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair according to specifications.
• Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform layouts and install pipe systems for steam, hot water, heating, cooling and production lines.
• Inspect sites for obstructions and ensure structural integrity when making openings.
• Operate pumps and handle hydraulic components as needed during outages.
